Making the jump to a new blog

As lot of you now know we will soon be launching an all new webpage, CyclingCloseouts.com. It’s going to be a much easier store for everyone to browse and purchase parts from and eliminate all the hassle that eBay tends to bring to the table. New Origin-8 Bars Are In!

We just got in a few new Origin-8 parts. They’ve been making some great affordable fixed gear parts and they’ve expanded their line a bit. Now we’ve got their pro riser bars, and the fancy new “stash bar”. Everything seems really solid. The risers we have in all different colors and they look really nice. The stash bar is a pretty cool design. A completely flat bar with unscrewable ends that let you ‘stash’ anything inside. We have those in every color also. The new Velocity B43’s are finally listed for sale. By now I’m sure you’ve heard all the hype. These wheels blew us away when they came in. EighthInch Parts Take Over eBay

We just got a ton of the new EighthInch products listed on our eBay store today. The selection is huge and the pricing is amazing. Our long awaited 42mm Julian wheelsets are in for only $199.50. Velocity B43 Wheels Are Here!

We got a surprise visit last night from the trucking fairy who dropped off a few palettes of the new Velocity B43’s. This is the first time we’ve seen them and they look great. It’s 43mm deep and triple walled to give it tons of strength. We’ve got 13 different colors options so I’m sure we’ll have what your looking for. Here’s a few pictures. We’re getting them all checked into inventory and should have them listed in the next few days.We’ll keep you updated.

EighthInch Track Bars

After digging through boxes we were finally able to find a sampling of all our new EightInch parts. They turned out great. The first thing we got listed are our new track bars. It’s a track style drop bar with a little more of a relaxed design. We have them in black, white, silver, and gold, all in 40 or 42cm width’s. They have a nice clean look to them and for only $29.50 you cant beat them. Click on the picture to see them in our store.

A Lesson in Receiving Sea Containers

We learned a very valuable lesson today. Sea containers don’t come with your order packed on pallets. So when our first container came today stacked 40ft deep and too the ceiling we had a lot to unload by hand. This coincides great with the string of 90 degree days we’ve been having. The good news is that its all done and now it’s on the photo booth. I’ve looked at a few things so far and they all look great. Here’s a rundown of everything that came in.

42mm Julian Rims For Sale

Cycling Closeouts Preview

Cycling Closeouts Homepage

We thought we would start our week out with some big news for everyone. Coming this July we will be launching a brand new website, CyclingCloseouts.com. It’s a one stop shop for all things cycling. We will be combining the hundreds of closeout items you see on eBay with all of our other inventory along with an extensive special order catalog. We hope for it to be a great alternative to our eBay store allowing us to offer a more diverse selection of products with an easier browsing and checkout process.

We’re getting the first beta test version today and we’re hoping the bugs will be at a minimum. We’ll keep you updated on how the development is coming along.
